After learning bakery , I had the opportunity to lead teams in many major restaurants in Megeve , Scotland and Brittany.

At 19, I have the opportunity to create my first shop in Britain. In 1996 the choice to live my fresh plants that I moved to St Remy de Provence.

From the age of 6 years , I organized snacks with chocolate squares . The shape of my chocolates has imposed itself where my creation chocolate squares " the alphabet of flavors ."

The alphabet of flavors is one of my dreams. Each letter and punctuation mark has a different flavor. Each flavor is a creation, each flavor has a story.

I guess tastes and then transcribed . However, it is always in a constant effort to balance the sweetness and intensity of flavors. In fact, the scent can not take precedence over the chocolate.

Because I love what is true , I do not use any preservatives or artificial flavors . All products used are fresh.

Creativity is what keeps me going , to stay faithful to my childhood dreams .

I also realize other products like salted butter caramel cream , rocks caramelised almonds coated with chocolate , jam, and it's not finished ...
